Dynamic PR and marketing exclusively for the food and hospitality industries
Taking a structured approach to a project helps identify the issues, develop the solutions and formulate the best plan of action. Whenever we start speaking to a new client, or start to scope a new project for an existing client, we tend to adopt a four stage approach:

At the start of a project we spend time to gather information from internal and external sources. This could be from your current marketing, sales and customer service functions, as well as looking at competitor, market and other external data sources. We also try and grasp a good understanding of your goals and objectives.

Information for its own sake is pointless, however understanding what it means and its specific relevance will enable us to make informed decisions. The key is identifying and targeting the customer or operator to achieve the desired outcomes.
We will develop a plan that is informed, executable and measurable. We will work closely with your marketing team to ensure that the PR or other marketing activity that we undertake is embarked on to an agreed budget and within an agreed timescale.
Measurable outcomes are essential for the evaluation of projects or long term activity. Results can be measured by a number of parameters from attitudinal bench marking, to coverage and redemption levels. The parameters are agreed at the outset and will be driven by the objectives.
Working to a plan of action means that both the client and ourselves are aware of why we are doing the project, what the objectives of it are, and what we want the outcomes to be.
